In support of this motion, Petitioner states that on July 14, 2023, the printer Petitioner previously engaged to prepare the Writ in compliance with Rule 33.1 represented to him that there was a medical emergency involving a family member which prevented the company staff from meeting the July 17, 2023 deadline. Respectfully, Petitioner requests no more than two additional weeks (4 calendar days) from the date this Court delivers a ruling on the above motion to mail out the ‘petition as well as another check to cover the docketing fee if the clerk’s office no longer maintains the one which was submitted originally. .
