Jurisdiction The corrected opinion of the Florida Fifth District Court of Appeal affirming the Petitioner’s convictions was entered on November 28, 2023. Unless extended, the time within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari would expire on February 26, 2024. The jurisdiction of this Court is invoked under 28 U.S.C. § 1257(a).
