Demetris Sean Robinson v. United States

At issue herein is whether the District Court erred by allowing evidence obtained in violation of petitioner's constitutional rights by State officials to be introduced at petitioner's Federal trial and whether the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals erred in failing to correct the lower court's error.
