Question Presented (OCR Extract)

Adoption Fraud 1. “Whether The District Court erred in dismissing the case without a hearing? ” 2. “Whether the district court erred in dismissing the case without a hearing after the defendant attorney stated the plaintiff is picking on the defendant because the district of defendant because the District of Columbia Superior court magistrate put his children up for adoption. ” 3. “Whether the trial courts refusal to allow the testimony of a key witness violated my constitutional rights. ”^^ s, 4. “Whether the defendant and foster cousin.mother committed adoption fraud by using the state of Maryland public school, Judiciary in testimony in the District of Columbia Superior Court in order to coerce the adoption. ” Leavon Z. Reeves ST/m/ngNT OF Issue 1: Oluchi Akunne ’s fraudulent testimony is preventing me from regaining custody of my daughter (7 77 ;) and my stepdaughter (" 77 Q, Supporting Facts & Arguments: 1) Fraudulent testimony of Oluchi Akunne (Social Worker), using the State of Maryland Public Schools by testifying in DC Superior Family Court that my daughter went to school and attempted suicide at Brandywine Elementary School by punching holes in her hands in face because she saw her father push her mother down, and she testified I was being prosecuted, which was unfounded (The District Attorney investigated and did not find evidence thereof). A document was obtained from Attorney Eric J Williams (703-447-5491), the PG County Schools Public Schools Attorney and the Brandywine Elementary School ’s Principal, that no disciplinary measures and they denied any occurrence of attempted suicide by my daughter. The Doctor Outten (202-338-4300) Psychologist of MBI in DC when she was questioned about the injuries to my daughter ’s hands and face, she testified that she saw no such injuries to my daughter. This was a witness that I had to have subpoena to testify because the Defendant ’s Attorney told the judge that I was just picking on the defendant because the defendant said Noel Johnson (DC Magistrate) put my daughter up for adoption. Noel Johnson did not put my daughter up for adoption. 2) I’m the court records and the contacts have been provided above for key witness and individuals that were apart of the case. 3) The court should rule in my favor because the social Oluchi Akunne, committed fraud, defamation and fabrication both purposefully and intentionally, and continues to deny it despite their being no evidence to her claims. Noel Johnson (Magistrate), DC Child Family Service, National Center Children Families, were all aware and notified. 4) A review of these issues would be desirable so that what happened to me doesn ’t happen to anyone else. 5) A review of these circumstances would show the violation of my 14th Amendment rights to due process. My aim is to regain custody of my Daughter and Stepdaughter, and the fabrications of the defendant have been an obstacle to my ability to do so. I am asking you to review the evidence in hopes that I can make this possible.
