ONE Were the constitutional rights of Robert Timothy Blake violated when his Trial Attorney failed to notice/ dispute/or Challenge the validity of the Search Warrant in this case ? TWO Were the defendant's constitutional rights violated/ when his password protected e-mail account was accessed by the FBI without a valid Search Warrant with Probable Cause ?
