Question Presented (AI Summary)

Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : 1 To the Honorable Samuel Alito, as Circuit Justice for the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit: In accordance with this Court’s Rules 13.5 and 30.2, Petitioner Bart W. Reagor respectfully requests that the time to file his petition for writ of certiorari be extended for 60 days, up to and including September 8, 2025. Absent an extension of time, the time within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari will expire on July 10, 2025. The jurisdiction of this Court is based on 28 U.S.C. 1254(1). This application is being filed more than 10 days in advance of that date, and no prior application has been made in this case. JUDGMENT FOR WHICH REVIEW IS SOUGHT The judgment for which review is sought is the decision of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in United States v. Bart W. Reagor, Case No. 22-10271.
