No question identified. : 6. in addition to having to find the appropriate individual to help him draft the writ, the institution where Blair is currently incarcerated, Pollock FCI, intermittedly remains on lockdown, thus taking away from the time prisoners have to conduct research in the prison library, and thereafter, draft their pleadings. As of now, Blair only has 15 days to research, draft and perfect his writ. 7. It’s against this backdrop, for good cause shown, that Blair requests an additional 60 days to file his writ of certiorari to this court, starting from the receipt of this motion.
