Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : 1 I respectfully request that The Honorable Supreme Court of the United States of America grant me a 60-day extension of time to file a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari in my case, Langdon v. Sun Lake Multi-Family Homes, LLC, Greystar Property Management, Allison Murrell, Shawna Pollack, Angela Whitt, Robert Faith, Evelyn Camacho, Jane Doe, & The State of Florida, case no. SC2024-1440 (Florida). I am 73 years old, proceeding pro se, homeless, and I live in my car. Iam homeless primarily due to the criminal conduct of the Respondents, the criminal conduct of their attorney, Barry B. Johnson, and family illness. I work, but I don’t make much. I have some serious health problems. I suffer from crippling headaches from a mugging I received some time ago, and I also suffer from severe hypoglycemia, both of which makes it difficult for me to concentrate at times. This case raises important Constitutional issues. The last ruling of the Supreme Court of Florida in this case was made on 11/26/2024 (copy attached) when The Supreme Court of Florida denied my Motion to Reinstate my case. The deadline for filing my Petition for a Writ of Certiorari is February 24, 2025. I am asking that I be allowed 60 days, until April 30*, 2025, to file the Petition for a Writ of Certiorari. 1 will try to file it sooner than that. I filed a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari in a related case for SC2024-1368. Both cases grew out of appeals in the same case. I am proceeding pro se, and should be given every opportunity to prove my case. 2 See: Haines v. Kerner, 404 U.S. 519, 520-521 (1972); Platsky v. CIA, 953 F. 2d 281 (274 Cir. 1991); Bounds v. Smith, 430 U.S. 817 (1977). Estelle v. Gamble, 429 U.S. 97 (1976) Respectfully submitted, this the 2274 day of January, 2025.
