Fraud and Crime was found in the decisions in the
United States Court of Appeals for the District of Colum
bia Circuit and it did not stop. This was clearly identified
with horizontal lines and underlined in the filings and
therefore determined a Fraud on the Courts with Ap
proved Police Reports.

When this occurs the decision must be dismissed and
recalled. This is the law and since nothing was done, the
integrity of the judicial process was undermined. Now
the Supreme Court of the United States is asked to
charge and arrest and must recall the matter and issue
Relief immediately?
