Question Presented (AI Summary)

Whether a pro se litigant's request for an extension of time to file a Supreme Court petition warrants extraordinary relief given the complexity of the underlying legal issues

Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : Certiorari will be due on December 15, 2025, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 13.1. Petitioners have two matters currently pending before this Honorable Court, including Case No. 25A284, in which an extension was previously granted. Preparing multiple petitions simultaneously presents significant challenges for a pro se litigant. Petitioner therefore respectfully requests an additional sixty (60) days, up to and including February 13, 2026, to prepare and file his Petition for Writ of Certiorari in this case. The extension is necessary due to the complexity of the issues, the need to review multiple state-court records, and Petitioner’s intent to consult with potential pro bono counsel. The request is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay. PRAYER FOR RELIEF For the foregoing reasons, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant a sixty (60) day extension, up to and including February 13, 2026, within which to file the Petition for Writ of Certiorari. Respectfully submitted, This 2274 Day of September 2025 a Vincent Terry 1040 Beckwith Street Atlanta, GA 30314 404-772-6168 Petitioner, Pro Se In The Supreme Court of the Anited States VINCENT TERRY, Petitioner, v.
