Petitioner has been relying on his god-daughter to assist with typing due to his inability to do so himself, as the tremors in his fingers trigger arthritic pain in his hands, arms, and shoulders. Unfortunately, his god-daughter was unexpectedly required to travel out of town to be with her siblings, leaving Petitioner without necessary assistance in preparing this filing. Accordingly, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant an extension of thirty (30) days, up to and including January 2, 2026, to file his petition for writ of certiorari.
