The undersign would like to cognizance the Court, Petitioner has numerous of cases in the Third District Court of Appeal, The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Florida. Petitioner requests the Court to be reasonable and provide the extension. Petitioner assures the Court that a Petition will be filed immediately upon completion to provide a timely filing. 6. Opposing counsel has not advised Petitioner that they object to the Motion (Application of Extension of Time) being granted. 7. There is no prejudice to the Respondent(s) having no objection to the extension of time requested. 8. The undersigned is aware of the Court’s disfavoring multiple extensions.
