Rari Capital Infrastructure, et al., Case No. 22SMCV01367; e Travel to Brazil scheduled August 15-24 for professional speaking including at the ABPI intentional congress and a lecture to the Sao Paulo Institute of Attorneys (IASP); e Travel to Singapore and Japan scheduled August 25 — September 2 for professional speaking including at the Global Forum on Intellectual Property e Obligations as a mediator and arbitrator with JAMS for numerous confidential matters; and e Obligations as a Professor of Law and Health Sciences at University of Surrey School of Law and Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California Los Angeles. 4. For the foregoing reasons, Applicant hereby requests that an extension of time be granted, up to and including October 9, 2025, within which to file a petition for writ of certiorari.
