QUESTIONS PRESENTED One: Does the First Step Act’s addition of a definition for “felony drug offense” to section 102 of the Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. § 802, also alter the definition of a “serious drug offense,” 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(2)(A)(ii), for purposes of applying a sentence enhancement under the Armed Career Criminal Act?
