S.E.C., and AMG Capital Mgmt., LLC v. F.T.C. Whether this proceeding involves questions of exceptional importance justifying this Court granting a writ of certiorari; that is, assessing the ' merits of whether the relief ordered by the District Court constituted unlawful penalties, and unconstitutional punitive sanctions and incarceration in violation of Kokesh, Liu, and AMG Capital, thereby rendering void the District Court’s final judgment, its subsequent orders of contempt, the unconstitutional injunctions and incarceration entered against Mr. Bronson.
