QUESTION PRESENTED FOR REVIEW Under the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, a state court may exercise specific jurisdiction when the plaintiff's claims arise out of or relate to the defendant’s purposeful contacts with the forum state. The Question Presented is: Whether this requirement is met when the defendant forms a business relationship with the plaintiff in the forum state, where both reside, the parties travel pursuant to that relationship to another state, where the defendant causes injury to the plaintiff, and both subsequently return to the forum state.
