Whether Lufthansa Airlines' alleged negligence and association with terrorism violates the 14th Amendment and the U.S. Patriot Act

The: Lufthansa Airlines has been ignoring my letters my phone calls and my emails for the : last two years.Why they showing no responsibility for their negligence, about my health issues and my safety in general because of ther association with terrorist? And why they did not respond to my request to produce information about their emloyees working with terrorists? 2. |sent SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM To the NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY ON July 5 2023 by US Postal service certified mail to relish Spectrographic voice prints and the names and addresses of the Lufthansa's Airlines employees that associate with terrorism.But i have not received an answer yet? THiS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNDER THE 14TH AMENDMENT WHICH GIVES NO LIBERTY OR EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAW FOR ME AND MT FAMILY. 3.The decision of the US district court is wrong because allowed the Lufthansa airlines to get away with negligences and violation of the constitution , cause allowed the Airlines to associate and emloyee Airlines is in violation to (U.S, PATRIOT ACT} ALSO KNOWN AS COUNTER TERRORISM ACT. ? ALSO THE Decision of the US District court violates THE 14TH AMENDENT of the constitution BY DENY EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAW FOR ME AND MY FAMILY AND ALLOWED TERRORIST TO GET AWAY WITH CRIMES. 4 WHY The NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY wORKING WITH THE GOVERMENT do not relish the information i Requested. {s it maybe because dont want to damage the LUfthansas Airlines reputation which means Bussiness lost regardless if this is Endangerment for all persons in all airports in the air or in the ground in USA and arround the world Where they land their planes? So Is this an indication to cover ups of Lufthansa's wrong doings and a criminal act by NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY BY ADDING AND ABETTING TERRORISM.THIS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND ALSO VIOLATES THE U.S. PATRIOT ACT (KNOWN AS A COUNTER TERRORISM ACT) 1 (pase 15)
