QUESTION PRESENTED Whether the Ninth Circuit erred in deferring to the National Labor Relations Board’s interpretation of the National Labor Relations Act as it applies to the termination of a dues checkoff provision after expiration of a collective bargaining agreement, in violation of this Court’s recent decision in Loper Bright Enterprises, Inc. v. Raimondo, Secretary of Commerce, 603 U.S.___ (2024).
