1. Whether defendants have failed in their obligation to provide funds to
prevent further denial of effective assistance of counsel and
conspiracy without accountability against conspirators.

2. Whether Election related crimes should be blamed on a documented
domestic victim who was subjected to "fake" or "staged " trials denying
Fundamental Right to fair trials and due process.

3. Whether sovereign immunity should allow over four years of
conspiracy against rights against a U.S. Citizen.

4. Whether there is classification for election conspiracies to be
"pre-mediated " or a "2nd degree type", where unity of purpose is
completed through tacit agreement, ("agreement that is not

5. Whether I was purposely denied extraordinary effective assistance of
