Connor , 490 U.S. 386 (1989). 2. Whether for qualified immunity purposes in Fourth Amendment excessive force cases involving multiple officers firing shots in rapid succession, courts must assess the reasonableness of each officer’s use of deadly force individually, including by considering whether some shots were fired after the suspect no longer posed an immediate threat.
