Question Presented (OCR Extract)

No question identified. : APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENTION OF TIME Pursuant to Rule 13.5 of the Rules of this Court and September 02, 2025 Order of the Supreme Court of the Washington State, Applicant Zbigniew M. Laskowski hereby requests a 60-day extension of time within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari up to and including Tuesday, January 30, 2026. JUDGMENT FOR WHICH REVIEW IS SOUGHT The judgment for which review is sought is Zbigniew M. Laskowski v. Washington State Department of Labor and Industries No. 104168-3, Court of Appeals No. 400069-7-III. The Supreme Court of the State of Washington denied Applicant's petition for review on September 3, 2025 (attached as Exhibit 1). JURISDICTION This Court will have jurisdiction over any timely filed petition for certiorari in this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1254(1). Under Rules 13.1, 13.3, and 30.1 of the Rules of this Court, a petition for a writ of certiorari was due to be filed on or before December 01, 2025. in accordance with Rule 13.5, this application is being filed more than 10 days in advance of the filing date for the petition for writ of certiorari. REASONS JUSTIFYING AN EXTENSION OF TIME Applicant respectfully requests 60-day extension of time within which to file a petition of writ of certiorari seeking review of the decision of the Supreme Court of the State of Washington in this case, up to and including January 30, 2026. 1. Applicant will continue search for qualified attorney to assist in preparation of the petition. An extension of time will permit a time necessary to complete a cogent and well-researched petition, 2. Applicant would not ask for 60-day extension, but does so to allow for accommodation of its own disability and undertreated occupational disease. For the past several years Applicant encounter more than usual pain consistent with less mobility and ability to sit, stand or lay down (attached Exhibits 2 & 3). . Through the years of this ongoing litigation indigent Applicant made several requests of tawyer being appointed to represent him, but the courts on several levels of judicial process consequently refused to do so. The effort to obtain qualify representation extended to several dozens of Washington State Bar Association members, always with negative results. Last lawyer highly recommended by the presiding Judge in this case turn to be ineffective, if not fraudulent. CONCLUSION For the forgoing reasons, Applicant respectfully requests that this Court grants an extension of 60 days, up to and including January 30, 2026, within which to file a petition for a writ of certiorari in this case. Respectfully submitted, ZBIGNIEW M. LASKOWSKI, APPLICANT PRO SE 1122 W Allison Rd. #22 CHEYENNE, WY 82007 (360) 918-4401 November 19,2025
