Defendant mentored, promoted and protected younger male TXSFMO failing to address the FALSE dates of the TAMU EHS Fire Safety inspections. L. VP of Finance over both EHS and Human Resources. M. If the STXCOURT would have listened to the meeting audio of 11/20/2015 the Court would have known the Plaintiff is truthful; it was the Defendants that were “insubordinate" and hostile towards the Plaintiff. 2.) Are employment rights for everyone or just lawyers?
